Noemi Zozaya

Biography

Noemi Zozaya is an attorney from La Salle University with Master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Positive Psychology from Spain, and additional programs at Berkeley, Yale, Barrett Values Centre, and Prosci. With over 20 years of global experience, she is the CEO of EVOLUZION at work and creator of the “EVOLUZION: The Power of Being Antifragile” methodology. She authored From Work Breaking You to You Breaking It at Work.

Noemi has held leadership roles including HR Director at Asylum Access, DEI consultant for Warner Music Latin America, CEO of Delivering Happiness Mexico, and VP of Diversity at Citibanamex, where she launched pioneering inclusion programs. A TEDx and international speaker, she was honored with the “Latin America Social Leader Award” and an Honorary Doctorate at the UN in Vienna for her impact on social innovation and workplace transformation.
